Front Desk Receptionist
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers as needed
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized files and records
- Assist with order entry and proofreading documents as necessary
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Utilize Programs for various administrative tasks
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing

- Previous experience working in a office is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining records
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Experience with event planning is a plus
- Familiarity with Google, Microsoft Word or similar software for administrative tasks
