Job Overview :

The Part Time Temporary Associate Creative Director is the key driver for managing and delivering effective, on-brand, and on-strategy creative design for campaigns, including site, email and print assets, animation, and packaging. This role requires creative direction and implementation while closely collaborating with cross-functional partners for both print and digital platforms and requires a high level of creativity and resourcefulness with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Contract Duration : April-September

Part-time schedule : 3 days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, must report in-person to office in Long Island City, NY

Essential Functions :

• Manage a team Art Directors and Designers that function as in-house agency
• Act as lead in concept development, design, presentations, and production of campaign collateral
• Partner and collaborate with internal and external teams to understand business objectives and create compelling solution based creative that drives the brand strategy
• Ensure cohesive branding by enforcing the use of templates and best practices
• Maintain and monitor brand style guides and XD design systems
