Responsibilities:
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and ensure product is properly merchandised on the selling floor
- Organize merchandise for events and execute markdowns, returns-to-vendors, reticketing projects, replenishment, and processing of damages
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive customer experience
- Frequently lift/move up to 50lbs and stand/walk around the store or department for prolonged periods
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
- Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Able to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
