YOUR TYPICAL DAY:
As a Residential Lead HVAC Installer, you lead by example, executing precise installations and ensuring optimal functionality of heating and cooling systems in residential settings. Your expertise shines as you oversee project quality, provide mentorship to junior installers, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism in every task. THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS TO BE CONSIDERED:
Minimum Requirements:
- EPA Section 608 Certification - Residential (Universal preferred)
- 5 Years of HVAC-related work experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
We would prefer a:
- Highly motivated self-starter
TYPICAL SCHEDULE:
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with the possibility of overtime.
