The Bloomsbury marketing team is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute campaigns for adult fantasy titles in all areas of the genre as part of a new imprint at Bloomsbury. This imprint encompasses the many facets of speculative fiction, from all flavors of fantasy and science fiction to horror, magical realism, and more. The successful candidate will be passionate about genre fiction with extensive experience reaching and building devoted fanbases as well as a detail-oriented and creative marketer dedicated to problem-solving and exploring new ideas. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing and Publicity.
Responsibilities
All candidates must reside within travel distance of the New York offices on a hybrid-remote schedule.

Responsibilities
- Create and execute strategic marketing campaigns for up to 12 titles per year, including targeted advertising, influencer outreach, social media, and more
- With the VP, manage all aspects of marketing outreach for a major fantasy brand including backlist
- Manage multiple projects of varying timelines with many stakeholders internally and externally, including authors and agents, editorial, publicity, and sales
- Maintain detailed awareness of the marketing landscape for commercial fiction
- Bachelor’s degree as well as at least 5-7 years of publishing marketing experience
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and various social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram as well as advertising capabilities therein are key
