As the Regional Sales Director for the Pacific Northwest, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts in Washington State and Oregon. This role is ideal for a motivated sales hunter who can leverage their existing network, build new relationships, and drive growth in our market. You’ll work with enterprise clients and public sector customers, focusing on solutions such as DAS, Private LTE/5G, Public Safety Systems, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new business opportunities using your existing contacts list and network.
- Sell CTS solutions in partnership with channel partners in the region.
- Conduct site walks with the operations team to facilitate proposal generation.
- Generate proposals and manage sales processes, including change orders and problem resolution.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives.
- Represent CTS at trade shows and other industry events.
- Maintain a sales pipeline in Salesforce, providing regular updates.
- Travel within the Pacific Northwest as required to engage with clients.

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, specifically in DAS, Private LTE/5G, Public Safety Systems, WLAN, or SDLAN.
- Proven track record as a hunter in sales, with strong relationship-building skills.
- A well-established network of contacts in the Pacific Northwest region.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Exceptional communication skills and a talent for negotiation.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Bonus: Familiarity with SaaS or WaaS solutions.
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
