Duties

- Utilize clerical skills to manage office tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling customer calls.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and address customer needs.
- Perform front desk duties as required, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office management.
- Scheduling appointments for several teams
- Ensure any pertinent paperwork is signed and uploaded in the appropriate areas
Requirements
