This is an on-site position consistent with our collaborative environment. With more than 80 retail locations in 12 states, Blossman Gas is one of America's largest independent propane companies. This specialized IT position will be primarily responsible for the creation of automated programs to integrate different company operating systems. This will include creating tools to support and streamline business processes, troubleshoot data inconsistencies, analyze data for trends, and assist producing management reports.
Qualifications to be considered include:
- An earned bachelor's degree or spring 2025 graduation in Computer Science or equivalent IT-related degree
- Excellent electronic/written and verbal communication skills; emotional maturity; ability to meet deadlines; possess a collaborative / positive mindset
Plus 2-5 years of professional experience utilizing regularly:
- MSSQL / MySQL
- Visual Studio .NET
- Microsoft Office
Desired prior experiences:
- Experience updating management dashboards
- Experience testing new programming modifications; ability to do so timely then make recommendations to management
- Knowledge of AWS, PowerShell, and SharePoint are a plus
