Lead a Team as Branch Operations Manager
We seek experienced candidates to fill the position of Branch Operations Manager at our Boone location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall functions of the location, including customer service, profit and loss management, employee development, safety, and continued sales growth.
About the Role
- Lead a team of 10-12 delivery, technician/installer, and office support professionals
- 5-10 years of prior management experience preferred from a propane retailer or service/installation business
- Understanding of dispatched delivery scheduling and service installations is desired
- Prior DOT compliance experience and strong mechanical aptitude are helpful
