Blossman Gas & Appliance, America's largest independent propane company, seeks qualified applicants for a full-time Call Center Specialist position.
This on-site role is designed to provide customer communication support over the weekend by dispatching to an on-call Blossman Driver or Technician.
Primary Duties:
- Provide accurate information regarding customer deliveries, account questions, billing statements, and product knowledge support.
- Ensure customers have a positive experience through live support.
This role requires weekend availability as part of a rotating schedule, including working 5 days per week (40 hours).
Requirements:
- Prior Call Center, Customer Support, or similar telephone support experience is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- The ability to remain seated and on the phone with little time between calls is needed.
- A pleasant telephone voice and patient, professional demeanor are required for success.
