Blossman Gas & Appliance, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Outside Salesperson to join our growing team in the Powhatan/Richmond, VA market area.
This role specializes in the sales of propane products for commercial purposes, with some residential sales included. As one of America's largest independent propane companies, with over 80 retail locations across 12 states, we offer a unique opportunity for professional growth and development.
The successful candidate will focus on promoting and closing sales of propane to prospective commercial customers, collaborating regularly with business owners and key decision-makers. Strong prospecting skills and prior outside sales experience are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and close sales of propane products to commercial customers
- Collaborate regularly with business owners and key decision-makers
- Produce regular sales reports and communicate effectively with the local store and national sales manager
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
Requirements:
- Prior outside sales experience is necessary
- Strong prospecting skills and ability to build relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
