Job Summary: Blossom and Bourbon, an upscale restaurant celebrated for its fusion of gourmet cuisine and an extensive bourbon selection, is seeking dynamic and customer-focused Servers to join our hospitality team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests by providing excellent service, taking orders, and ensuring a seamless flow of service throughout the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Interaction: Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, provide menus, and assist with any inquiries about the menu or special offerings.
2. Order Taking: Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring attention to detail regarding special requests or dietary restrictions.
3. Service Excellence: Deliver dishes and beverages to tables promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation meets the restaurant's standards.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide recommendations and answer guest questions.
5. Upselling: Suggestively sell additional items such as appetizers, desserts, and specialty drinks to enhance the dining experience.
6. Table Maintenance: Monitor and maintain tables to ensure cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
7. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
8. Customer Satisfaction: Proactively address any guest concerns or issues, seeking to exceed expectations and ensure a positive dining experience.
9. Upscale Service: Uphold a high standard of service etiquette, professionalism, and attention to detail, reflecting the restaurant's upscale atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Server in a high-end or fine dining restaurant is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
• Knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
