Toddler Child Care Teacher

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. This role requires candidate to lift children as needed and actively engage in play.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood learning objectives.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment for all children.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Facilitate daily activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and social interaction.
• Maintain classroom management to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for children.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.

Experience

• Previous experience in childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, or as a nanny is highly valued.
• Skills in classroom management and caregiving are essential.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is desirable.
• Experience with babysitting or working with children in various capacities will be considered beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
