Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality member care.
- Manage clinic staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and other relevant laws.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to streamline patient services and improve care delivery.
- Maintain accurate patient records and oversee billing processes.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to promote clinic services and community outreach initiatives.
