What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Manager position at Blossom Girl?
We are looking for a results driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.
Responsibilities
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Manage Social Media posting, staff schedules, and inventory
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Propose new ideas to increase sales
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
- Additional store manager duties as needed
Skills
- Customer management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
A degree and/or management experience are not required, but retail experience plus a love for customers and employees is!
Working at least 1 Saturday a month is required. There are monthly bonuses available for sales growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
