Responsibilities
- Perform the essential duties of servicing a book of business, including new and renewal marketing and placement.
- You will be the important link between the company, clients/prospects and the multiple insurance carriers represented by the company.
- Foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
- The ability to cultivate new business with both existing and new accounts is also a critical function of this position.
Requirements
- Currently possess a New Hampshire Property & Casualty insurance license.
- 3 -5 years experience with Account Management in independent insurance required.
- Work well with other employees and be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Confident, self-starter with proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Applied Online Agency Management system experience with AMS360 and/or Applied TAM is a plus.
Salary : $45,300 - $61,400
