Responsibilities:
Assist with filing information accurately.
Answer telephone, relay messages and page person being called.
Assist the Business Office Manager to monitor the daily operation of the business office and establish priorities and manage records, budgets, and supplies.
Maintains confidentiality of all facility business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Office experience (preferred)
Experience with computers/office equipment, Microsoft, and other applications
Customer service experience
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Service mentality and a thirst for learning
Positive Can-Do Attitude
Excellent Attendance
