Blossoming Minds Learning Studio is a unique hybrid homeschool program that provides a nurturing, engaging, and flexible educational environment for students and families. We blend hands-on, project-based learning with at-home instruction, creating a well-rounded and personalized learning experience.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and creative teacher to lead in-person instruction for our new Christian-based hybrid school program. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working with homeschool families, flexible in their teaching approach, and excited to help children grow academically, socially, and emotionally in a small group setting.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and facilitate engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons in alignment with the provided curriculum
- Support student learning through hands-on activities, projects, and discussions
- Collaborate with parents to ensure consistency between school and home learning
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment
- Participate in school events, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (preferred)
- Experience teaching in a homeschool, hybrid, or alternative education setting is a plus
- Passion for working with children in a small-group, personalized environment
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Must be dependable, organized, and adaptable
We are hiring for the following levels:
- Preschool (ages 2–4)
- Kindergarten (ages 5-6)
- Elementary (1st–5th)
- Middle School (6th–8th)
- High School (9th–12th)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
