- Ensure that Montessori curriculum is appropriately implemented in the classrooms specifically aligned to the developmental level of the children
- Enhance learning through creative use of Montessori materials
- Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic environment where learning happens
- Maintain regular communication with parents
- Confer with parents on a regular basis to discuss the development of their enrolled children
- Maintain a system of home-school communication e.g. daily reports and school newsletter
- Ensure safety and well-being of children at all times
