Summary
- Develop and maintain EDI maps
- Effectively manage a high volume of concurrent connection projects in various stages of implementation
- Document business requirements, processes and workflows developing both written and visual depictions of those requirements.
- Participate in Tier 1 & 2 help desk activities for business applications and EDI systems
- Work on enhancements and support including, but not limited to, EDI mapping and EDI related issues
- Play a critical role in improving business processes, management, and optimization
- End to end Edi testing, including integration with Sage X3 ERP
- Pricing structure setup within Sage X3 ERP
- Will champion projects from their inception and collaborate with other developers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to add new applications and interfaces
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in a technical field or 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Sage X3 ERP and related program add-ons.
- EDI experience required, preferably with respect to the food & beverage industry
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
