Landscaper Handyman Construction - Management Training Program

The Landscaper / Handyman / Construction professional is a versatile and skilled individual responsible for a wide range of tasks related to landscaping general maintenance and construction projects. This position requires a combination of physical labor technical skills and problemsolving abilities. The Landscaper / Handyman / Construction professional must have knowledge of various construction techniques and be familiar with landscaping practices to carry out tasks efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities :

1. Landscaping :
   < / p>

   • Designing planning and implementing landscaping projects including planting lawn care and irrigation systems.
     < / li>
   • Maintaining and enhancing existing landscapes by pruning fertilizing and performing regular maintenance tasks.
     < / li>
   • Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers trimmers and leaf blowers.
     < / li>
   • Installing and repairing landscape features such as fences retaining walls walkways and outdoor lighting.
     < / li>< / ul>< / li>

   • General Maintenance :
     < / p>

     • Performing routine maintenance tasks including painting carpentry work and repairs.
       < / li>
     • Fixing and maintaining plumbing and electrical systems.
       < / li>
     • Conducting inspections to identify maintenance needs and addressing them promptly.
       < / li>
     • Assisting with the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems and other equipment.

     • Construction :

       • Assisting in construction projects including demolition remodeling and renovation.

       • Reading and interpreting blueprints plans and specifications.
         < / div>< / li>
       • Operating construction tools and equipment such as power tools drills and saws.

       • Ensuring compliance with building codes safety regulations and quality standards.

       • Collaborating with other team members such as contractors and architects to complete projects on time and within budget.
