We are currently pursuing SOC2 compliance and expanding our cloud operations, which has created an exciting opportunity for a Cloud Infrastructure and Security Engineer to join our team.
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure & Security Engineer to take ownership of our AWA infrastructure and help us maintain a secure and compliant environment. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Engineering and our Junior infrastructure engineer to manage and optimize our cloud operations, build and improve deployment pipelines, and ensure adherence to SOC2 and security requirements. This position offers a unique blend of cloud management, DevOps, and security responsibilities.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
AWS Infrastructure (55%)
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure AWS environments, including EC2 instances, Elastic Beanstalk applications, RDS databases, and VPCs
- Implement infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
- Monitor and optimize AWS resources for performance, availability, and cost
- Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues and ensure high uptime
DEVOps (15%)
SOC2 and Security Compliance (15%)
System and Application Security (15%)
