Our leading client in the pharmaceutical industry is looking to add a contract SharePoint UI / UX Designer. As a Senior SharePoint UI / UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting seamless digital experiences for internal and external users. With a focus on SharePoint site design, email campaigns, and high-fidelity prototypes, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions. Your expertise in UI / UX principles, along with proficiency in tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, will be key to building user-friendly interfaces. You will design intuitive layouts, manage design systems, and ensure accessibility across multiple platforms. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role requiring both technical proficiency and a creative mindset to deliver impactful digital products.
Responsibilities :
- SharePoint websites : Design and maintain internal SharePoint sites, controlling user access and permissions and creating design with little to no direction.
- Emails : Design and update email campaigns using Knak Email Builder or Staffbase Email Builder, ensuring accessibility and optimal rendering in email clients through testing and optimization.
- Prototypes : Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma for AEM websites, emails, web banner ads, social media ads, and future digital touchpoints.
- Design systems : Create and maintain design systems in Figma for AEM websites, emails, web banner ads, social media ads, and future digital touchpoints.
- AEM websites : Design high-fidelity prototypes in Figma for health-care professionals and patient-facing AEM websites, ensuring Figma designs can be authored in AEM.
- Collaboration : Present UI / UX creative solutions to cross-functional teams, engage in real-time design collaboration with creative and marketing leads, and champion UI / UX best practices.
