Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for scaling operations and driving growth? We are looking for a Senior Director of Operations to join our rapidly expanding consumer pet products client. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing key operational functions, including supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution, to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality products. You will partner with our executive team to shape long-term business plans, drive efficiency improvements, and implement strategies that support our ambitious growth objectives while maintaining a sharp focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Partner with the executive leadership team to drive long-term business planning and ensure seamless execution of key initiatives.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for operational efficiency and scalability.
Operations Management
Oversee daily operations across supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution to ensure high-quality product delivery.Engage with suppliers to optimize production processes with a shared goal to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and drive continuous improvement.Supply Chain and Logistics
Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships.Ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of products to meet customer demand.Develop risk mitigation strategies for potential disruptions in the supply chain.Build and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and collaboration.Provide mentorship, professional development, and performance management to direct reports.Promote cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, product development, and finance teams.Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve profitability.Analyze operational data and trends to inform decision-making and drive cost efficiency.Qualifications :
8 years of operational leadership experience in the consumer products industry, preferably in a fast-growing or mid-sized company.Proven track record of scaling operations and improving supply chain performance.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, retailer compliance, and distribution systems.Exceptional strategic planning and execution capabilities.Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and analyzing P&L.Excellent leadership and team-building skills with a focus on fostering a collaborative environment.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to make quick judgment calls on priorities and multi-task.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Proficiency in supply chain management software and operational systems (ERP / EDI).Equal Opportunity Employer : Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
