Description
The Insulation Project Manager will oversee and manage insulation projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Role and Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment. Ensure the availability of resources and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Communicate project status, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff. Provide guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor project progress and quality. Conduct regular inspections and ensure that work meets industry standards and company specifications.
- Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budget. Prepare and review cost estimates and manage changes to project scope.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address and resolve issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Ensure all documentation is complete and up to date.
- Ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with safety regulations and company policies. Promote a culture of safety on the job site.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
- Valid Drivers’ license and safe driving history
- Proven experience as a PM in the insulation or construction industry on projects over $300k
- Strong knowledge of insulation materials, techniques and industry standards
