Job Description :
- Document scrutiny & collection of applications for Passport processing.
- Collection of visa applications & document scrutiny for visa processing, attestation & legalization services
- Biometrics capture (Photo & Fingerprints)
- Cash collection & POS entry
- Client facing – answering queries, advising applicants, managing disputes
- Handle customer / applicant queries personally or else through email, telephone.
- Handle cash and bank-related transactions if assigned and ensure 100% accuracy.
- Record and maintain all the application data. Also, Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the CRM with zero errors.
- Ensure all the administration and logistics of passport delivery to Embassy / applicant / logistic company etc.
- Maintain compliance with the standard operating procedures, manuals, etc. without deviation in the process.
- Intimate the applicants about the available Value-Added Services and ensure delivery of Value-Added Service options to applicants / customers.
- Encourage the applicants to provide feedback on services provided and their overall experience at the Application Center.
- Ensure that the entire task is completed within the mandated turnaround time.
- Assist the Deputy Manager / Team Lead / Operations Manager in the execution of any new projects and other ISO compliances.
- Ensure judicious use of natural resources.
- Adhere to the environmental health and safety policy / objectives and guidelines of the organization.
