As an IGA SailPoint Solutions Architect for BLS360 , you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions for enterprise clients using SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN). You will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable and secure IGA solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Architecture :
Design and architect IGA solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow or Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Develop and document technical architecture, workflows, and solution blueprints to meet business and security requirements.
Implementation and Integration :
Lead the end-to-end implementation of SailPoint solutions, including user provisioning, access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), and policy enforcement.
Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, cloud platforms, HR systems, and other identity providers).
Technical Expertise :
Configure and customize SailPoint modules and connectors to address unique client requirements.
Develop and deploy scripts, rules, and workflows to automate identity lifecycle management.
Project Management and Delivery :
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Lead technical workshops and presentations to communicate design and implementation progress.
Governance and Compliance :
Ensure solutions adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA).
Conduct risk assessments, develop security policies, and recommend improvements to governance practices.
Troubleshooting and Support :
Provide post-implementation support and resolve complex technical issues.
Conduct system performance reviews and optimize configurations for scalability and efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience
Experience :
10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a focus on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
6 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or Identity Security Cloud.
Technical Proficiency :
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including user provisioning, role engineering, access reviews, and privilege management.
Expertise in integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP).
Proficiency in Java, XML, REST APIs, and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
Soft Skills :
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms and vice versa.
Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and lead technical discussions.
Certifications :
SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer or IdentityIQ Architect / Engineer (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) are a plus.
