Responsibilities
· Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve customer complaint and concerns
· Maintenance, manage and inventory towels
· Train employees and manage employees schedule and time management
· Complete administrative task on a timely manner
· Must work weekends and most holidays
· Execute store operations during scheduled shifts.
· Organizes opening and closing duties assigned
· Follow Car Wash’s operational guidelines, including those of money handling and security, to ensure the safety of all associates during each shift.
· Perform all essential duties and responsibilities as outlined on the job description for all the Car Wash employees.

Job description
We are looking for a great fit to fill our carwash management position to ensure the highest level of customer service. Manager hired is expected to ensure quality services, gain local relations and support, delegate team in a sufficient manner to reach goals without interfering with customer’s experience, run day to day operations, maintain store sanitation and maintenance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
