Blu Omega is looking for a Financial Improvement & Audit Readiness Analyst to join one of our top client's team and begin tackling critical issues at all levels of government in a team-focused environment with an emphasis on personal and professional growth.
An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this role.
Travel to client sites is required and candidates must be local to the Melbourne/Cocoa Beach, FL area.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal sampling and testing of assessable units (Fund Receipt and Disbursement, Military Pay, Civilian Pay, Travel Pay, Reimbursement Budget Authority and Execution, Contract Pay and Vendor Pay)
- Develop recommended corrective action plans based on findings from internal sampling and testing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree is required.
- Minimum of (5) five years of related work experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Experience with conducting internal sampling and testing this includes, but not limited to:
- Fund Receipt and Disbursement
- Military Pay
- Civilian Pay
- Travel Pay
- Reimbursement Budget Authority and Execution
- Contract Pay
- Vendor Pay
- Experience with developing corrective action plans based on findings from sampling and testing.
- Consulting experience around audit and accounting.
Salary Range: $95,000-110,000
Your final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance
