You will engage and lead best-in-class technical solutions for complex enterprise infrastructure efforts across multiple cross-functional areas. You will work closely with various teams, including AI Services, Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, IT Operations, Program Management, Network Engineering and Administration, Disaster Recovery, Data Center Operations, Cloud Engineering, Data Architecture, and Data Engineering.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Advanced Technical Solutions Development and Troubleshooting : You will lead technical efforts for complex enterprise infrastructure challenges across multiple cross-functional areas.
- Deep Expertise : Leverage deep expertise to troubleshoot and resolve highly technical problems in AI Services, Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, IT Operations, Program Management, Network Engineering and Administration, Disaster Recovery, Data Center Operations, Cloud Engineering, Data Architecture, and Data Engineering domains.
- Agility and Flexibility : Demonstrate agility and flexibility to pivot from a given plan and refocus resources as needed to address changing priorities and emerging issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with various teams across the agency to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
- Staying Current : Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and innovations in AI Services, Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, IT Operations, Program Management, Network Engineering and Administration, Disaster Recovery, Data Center Operations, Cloud Engineering, Data Architecture, and Data Engineering domains.
- Communication and Documentation : Effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems, processes, and solutions.
- You will frequently be called upon to solve complex engineering issues in production and development projects, in some urgent circumstances.
- You will work to lead, develop, and support senior and junior engineers, share knowledge, crosstrain, and establish KPIs for technical teams.
