Blu Omega is seeking a Cybersecurity and Encryption Program Manager to develop and monitor the implementation of policy and procedures to support information and privacy security goals and operations.
Responsibilities :
- Develops changes in policy or strategy to support new initiatives or required changes.
- Manages information security implications within the organization as directed by leadership.
- Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts; contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.
- Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions.
- Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision; mentors or supervises employees in both firm and technical competencies.

Salary Range : $175K-$185K
Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance
