This role ensures project success by overseeing system performance, cybersecurity compliance, procurement efforts, and stakeholder satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in IT project management with a focus on operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT services and solutions.
- Serve as a key stakeholder in IT operations, ensuring services meet quality and security requirements.
- Define and manage system, network, and cybersecurity requirements for projects.
- Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) and contracts align with business needs and are effectively monitored.
- Lead budgeting, staffing, and contract performance for project work.
- Collaborate with IT process owners, service managers, and product owners to prioritize and balance project requirements.
- Conduct needs analyses and recommend enhancements to business processes and systems.
- Oversee procurement and acquisition processes, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards.
- Monitor project risks, assess compliance, and provide mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate vendor trustworthiness and acquisition outcomes related to security goals.
- Lead performance reviews, audits, and process optimization efforts.
Required Experience & Education
- 4–6 years of relevant IT or cybersecurity project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a cyber-related field OR equivalent combination of certifications and experience.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a FDIC public trust.
