Position Overview
We are seeking licensed PNHPM with a DEA license to join our growing team in Olympia. The ideal candidate will have experience utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve successful client outcomes. This is a hybrid role includes both in-person and Telehealth sessions.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Earnings Potential: Licensed therapists can expect annual 1099 earnings ranging from $150,000 (25 weekly clients) to $205,000(32 weekly clients). A minimum caseload of 20 clients per week is required. Higher earnings potential exists based on performance and schedule flexibility.

Job Requirements
- Provide individual therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
- Track client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
- Strong clinical background in psychiatry
- Strong background in the diagnosis of psychiatric disorders and psychopharmacological treatments and familiarity with non-pharmacological interventions
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nurse practitioner program.
- Certification as an PMHNP the State of Washington.
- Washington State DEA License
- Must have current license to practice in Washington State without restrictions, and maintain current licensure at all times.
- Must have and maintain prescriptive authority.
- Must possess and maintain current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, depending on license requirements.
Position Timeline:
The position is available starting April 2025 to accommodate credentialing timelines. Earlier start dates may be possible for candidates with private-pay clients or current credentialing.
