The Business Development Manager - Commercial Insurance is pivotal in driving new business opportunities by fostering relationships with commercial insurance adjusters, consultants, and brokers. This role encompasses both inside and outside sales initiatives, including networking, lead generation, social media engagement, and active participation in trade associations.
Salary Range : $85,000 - $110,000
Commission OTE Range : $50,000 - $160,000
