Join Our Team as an Experienced Carpenter!
Are you a skilled laborer with a passion for carpentry? We are looking for an Experienced Carpenter to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will engage in a wide range of residential and commercial rebuilding projects, showcasing your expertise in insurance restoration work. Effective communication skills are essential as you collaborate with team members and clients throughout the reconstruction process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform general carpentry in both residential and commercial settings.
- Engage in demolition tasks as needed.
- Execute tile work and cabinet installation.
- Provide high-quality trim carpentry, including baseboards.
- Handle door hanging and taping tasks.
- Conduct painting duties.
- Assist with light electrical and plumbing work.
- Complete rough framing, including re-framing homes and setting trusses.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with a professional appearance and expert workmanship.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and procedural standards.

Physical Demands :
This role will involve regular lifting / moving of 25-50 pounds and requires standing, walking, using hands, talking, and hearing. The ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and occasionally crawl is necessary.
Travel Requirements :
Availability for travel for out-of-town projects or catastrophic events, including potential overnight travel for training or meetings.
Compensation & Benefits :
