BRIEF DESCRIPTION :
The Restoration Project Manager at BluSky will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration and reconstruction projects. Responsibilities include managing customer service, vendor selection, materials procurement, scheduling, budgeting, financial reporting, safety compliance, and quality assurance, ensuring a top-notch experience for our customers.

This role offers a base salary with commission opportunities, along with an extensive benefits package, including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with guaranteed match, paid holidays, and three weeks of PTO (Paid Time Off).
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
The job involves a variety of work environments, with noise levels ranging from quiet to moderately loud. The employee must regularly lift or move between 25-50 pounds. While performing job duties, tasks may require standing, walking, handling materials, reaching, and occasional crawling.
