BluSky Restoration seeks your expertise as a full-time Skilled Carpenter, offering competitive pay ranging from $21.00 to $36.00 per hour, based on your experience!
The Skilled Carpenter is a crucial part of our team, responsible for executing various carpentry tasks in residential and commercial rebuilding, particularly in insurance restoration. Your communication skills will make a significant difference during the reconstruction process, as you will be collaborating closely with the Project Manager and customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform general carpentry tasks in both residential and commercial settings.
- Conduct demolition work as needed.
- Install tile and hang cabinets with precision.
- Execute trim carpentry, including baseboards and door hanging.
- Painting and light electrical / plumbing tasks.
- Handle rough framing, including re-framing homes and setting trusses.
- Maintain high standards of company and customer satisfaction through professionalism and expert workmanship.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and procedural standards at all times.

WORK ENVIRONMENT :
The work environment is typically quiet, allowing for focus on tasks at hand. You will occasionally lift or move items weighing 25-50 pounds and will be required to stand, walk, and use your hands for extended periods.
TRAVEL :
Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects and potential overnight stays for training or meetings is required.
