What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Maintenance- Crew Leader and Crew Member position at Blu Sol Pools?
Blu Sol Pools, an award winning pool design and installation company, has building, renovating and maintaining pools in Northern NJ for over 15 years.
We are currently hiring for all positions for the 2025 Pool Season. No experience? No problem, we will train the right candidate.
The positions are seasonal (April - October/November).
Crew Leader: you will be responsible for making sure valet jobs are completed properly. You will be driving our vehicle, completing our automated service sheets, checking on pool equipment, digital water testing, properly weighing and adding chemicals, cleaning filters and communication with customers. Requires 1 year of pool experience, clean driving record, basic computer knowledge, understanding of system operations, water testing and filter and pump maintenance.
Crew Member: you will be responsible for helping to carry and set up the cleaning equipment, netting, vacuuming and brushing the pools, emptying skimmer baskets, carrying chemicals, cleaning up the job site and helping to keep truck clean and organized.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
