A DAY IN THE LIFE
The Store Supervisor is responsible for directing an efficient workflow and assisting the Store Manager in a variety of store operations duties. This position will serve as a role model for all Barista responsibilities and will also serve as the team leader when the Store Manager is unavailable. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone seeking training in management experience. You will also be working with the Store Manager to ensure that baristas are properly trained, the store is fully staffed at appropriate times, and inventory, deposits, and orders are on track!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned

Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages, as well as various sweet offerings, in accordance with established service standards (i.e. coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, pastries)

Clean, sanitize and maintain the store

Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed

Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed

Ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory; communicate shortages as necessary to the Store Manager

Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings

Stay up-to-date with personalized online training

Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries

Communicate with Baristas, Store Manager and Regional Manager

Additional duties as assigned
