Position Overview
A "marketing functional transformation SME" refers to a subject matter expert (SME) who specializes in guiding small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through a process of significantly changing their marketing functions, typically by incorporating new digital technologies and strategies to improve customer engagement, reach, and overall marketing effectiveness within the digital age; essentially helping SMEs "transform" their marketing operations to be more modern and efficient. We are looking for someone who is located in one of the following cities : Santa Clara, CA - Phoenix, AZ - or Hillsboro, Oregon .
Key Skills :
- Focus on SMEs : They understand the unique challenges and needs of smaller businesses when it comes to marketing, including limited resources and potential lack of digital expertise.
- Digital Transformation Expertise : They are well-versed in emerging digital marketing technologies like social media, content marketing, email automation, and data analytics, and can guide SMEs on how to best leverage them.
- Strategic Planning : They can help SMEs develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with their overall business goals, including customer segmentation, channel selection, and performance metrics.
- Change Management : Beyond just implementing new tools, they facilitate cultural shifts within the organization to embrace digital marketing practices and adapt to changing customer behaviors.
