Marketing Internship-Video Marketing Intern

The Video Marketing Intern will support the Video Marketing Associate in producing high-quality video content both in Studio Blue and on-location with Mobile Studio Blue. This role is crucial in ensuring that video shoots are well-organized and efficient, while also providing hands-on experience in video editing and post-production. The position will support a variety of marketing initiatives for individual Directors (firm’s partners) and professional staff across all offices. The Video Marketing Intern will work collaboratively with the Video Marketing Associate, along with the rest of the Marketing team and Chief Growth Officer.

Essential Functions:

• Assist with video production tasks such as setting up backdrops, lighting, camera equipment, and audio
• Capture b-roll and take stock photos during shoots
• Participate in project planning, learning how to develop scripts from bullet points into final drafts
• Edit videos from rough cuts to final versions and create graphics for video content
• Use Adobe software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator for post-production
• Help ensure Studio Blue runs efficiently by coordinating equipment needs and managing production schedules.
• This position will require travel (up to 75%); Carpooling arrangements will be available, if needed.

• Familiarity with DSLR and professional cinema cameras
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign or similar video editing software (Davinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro)
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (unassisted)

 Education, Certifications and/or Experience:

• Sophomore or Junior working towards a bachelor’s degree in media, video production, digital production, digital marketing, or related field
• Strong background in video production and graphic design skills is a plus (please provide work samples)
• Adobe Creative Cloud Professional Certification (Bonus, not required)
• Drone Pilot Certification (Bonus, not required)
