Sales & Partnerships Marketing Manager, Global Channels and Streaming (Washington, D.C. – U.S.)
You will serve as the primary liaison between regional commercial sales and marketing teams, strategizing to effectively support Blue Ant Media’s business objectives across diverse global markets. The position will report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, Love Nature.
As a key member of our Global Marketing team you will be a driver in B2B Global commercial success, playing an essential role in executing the overall go-to-market strategies and tactical plans, and supporting sales and affiliate teams to drive revenue in all regions – North America, LATAM, APAC, EMEA - for Blue Ant Media’s global portfolio of brands.
In this role, you will be a marketing leader with proven capability for building and landing successful go-to-market initiatives with business partners at global scale while navigating executive stakeholders and understanding strategy, product, sales, business development, and marketing functions.

What You’ll Be Doing…
Identify and lead new B2B go-to-market strategies to support Blue Ant Media’s global portfolio of brands, with a specific focus on the flagship brand, Love Nature
Execute global marketing strategies for Blue Ant Media’s portfolio of brands to achieve sales goals across key partner, platform, and customer segments
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales professionals to develop best-in-class marketing initiatives tailored to regional and platform-specific needs
Contribute to annual planning and roadmap development, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion strategies
Develop creative solutions to enhance regional revenue generation and strengthen client relationships
Partner with Global Programming to leverage local and platform-specific content opportunities, coordinating with editorial teams for effective content scheduling and promotion
Drive innovation in product marketing, promotions, and solutions tailored to regional and platform requirements
Lead the creation of sales materials such as decks, sell sheets, and promotional merchandise
Execute branded and co-branded partner campaigns and events to amplify brand presence and drive revenue
Create presentations, correspondence and documentation as directed, bringing both an attention to detail and an appreciation of its purpose, sensitivity and urgency
What You’ll Bring…
Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a global or regional capacity
Streaming, FAST, or network/broadcast experience working for a global distributer, would be a nice-to-have
Experience in the television entertainment marketing space, with a clear understanding of the nuances between the Linear/FAST/OTT/AVOD/SVOD ecosystems is a plus
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics
Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering high-impact marketing campaigns
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams
Willingness to flex your schedule to accommodate remote global meetings
