They are the final quality check on all items.WHAT'S ON THE MENU (What You Do)Our Production Associates hand pick and pack each fresh, carefully selected product for our customers in our Blue Apron boxes. They stand shoulder to shoulder with their peers and work as a team to ensure that our boxes are packed correctly and with care, so that each Blue Apron meal reaches our customers homes while still maintaining our quality standards.
