- Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms, with a heavy focus on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google.
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns to drive maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest Facebook advertising trends and best practices.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to ensure success.
- Collaborate with the sales and fulfillment teams to identify upsell opportunities and close deals.
- Be a self-starter who takes ownership of your work and is accountable for results.

Here's what we're looking for:
- 3 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta - Facebook and Instagram.
- A deep understanding of Facebook advertising objectives, targeting options, and ad formats.
- Proven ability to create high-performing ad copy and visuals.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
Bonus points if you have experience with:
- Google Ads and other social media advertising platforms.
- Landing page optimization and conversion tracking.
- Reporting and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Google Tag Manager proficiency.
