Job Description:

Voodoo Chicken & Daiquiris is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team! As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant s operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurants high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the restaurant

Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews

Adhere to all health, safety and al rules and regulations

Lead team in providing exceptional customer service

Monitor inventory levels and product quality

Develop and coordinate marketing strategies

Maintain financial records and maintain food and beverage budgets

Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
