Job Description: We're on the hunt for a spirited Convenience Store Manager to lead our team. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations, delivering captivating customer service, and maintaining an atmosphere that feels like pure magic.
Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Manage day-to-day store operations including opening and closing duties.
Customer Service: Create an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
Inventory Control: Keep shelves stocked and manage supply orders.
Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and oversee a dedicated team.
Financial Management: Handle budgeting, cash handling, and sales reporting.
Qualifications:
