Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Optimize business intelligence dashboards by streamlining data models, consolidating key metrics, and enhancing data relationships to uncover sales opportunities
- Develop tracking templates to assist the sales team in comparing sales targets against order data.
- Research and collaborate with the IT team to identify effective methods for streamlining and standardizing customer information.
- Assist in revamping the sales target planning process to improve transparency into sales opportunities and unlock growth potential
- Showcase learning obtained during the internship program by presenting outcomes of key projects to members of the Sales team and/or members of Blue Bird Leadership Team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
- Ability to grasp business processes, understand the context behind the data and apply analytical skills to generate insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with solid knowledge of Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, Lookups, and other basic formulas)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Currently enrolled in a related degree program such as Business, Mathematics/Statistics, or Computer Science.
- At least 18 years of age prior to the start of the internship assignment
- Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience working with large datasets
- Ability to anticipate and understand customer needs and provide guidance
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle difficult and sensitive matters.
- Strong project management skills. Exposure to business case studies and complex projects a plus.
- Ability to influence stakeholders
- Effective communication and ability to communicate complex details in a clear manner.
- Working in a collaborative team and balancing the needs of individual stakeholders while delivering corporate objectives.
