What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled (Distribution Liaison Admin) position at Blue Bird Corporation?
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Invoicing for all drive away companies
- Serve as Distribution liaison between internal and external customers/vendors
- Address parts/breakdown issues, and assists with containments/stop ships
- Proficient in creating reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, etc
- Daily use of LN, BBOND, Bus Tracker, and Docuware
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
- Interact with Drivers/Mechanics
- Self-motivated and ability to multi task
- High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
- Prior office/invoicing experience
- Meticulous attention to detail while entering invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Organize and work with large amounts of information
- Ability to work well with others in a small work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft office essential
- Office environment and some exposure to outside elements
- Fast paced office environment
- Must meet established attendance policy and work overtime when required
- Must adhere to all safety rules and requirements
- Must perform other duties and tasks as assigned by Supervisor
