What are the responsibilities and job description for the Utility (Chassis Mechanic) position at Blue Bird?
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Must be able to pull unit into work bay, chock unit on ramps, and install parking brake safety device
- Must be able to read and comprehend all write ups in the inspection hand book "Body and Chassis" and troubleshoot repairs
- Inspect the installation for conformance to engineering specifications and quality requirements
- Must provide own hand tools and tool box
