Our auction gallery sells Antiques, Coins, Collectibles, Furniture, Art, Real Estate, and many other categories.
We have an opening for a new associate to join the team. You'll assist us in the full scope of creating and running an auction.

These are some of the tasks you'll do on any given day to help manage the smooth, efficient, accurate administration of our onsite and online auctions.
Hours are flexible to meet demands and we can offer either part-time or full-time hours (two positions available currently).
Role Summary:
Gallery Specialists participate in the full scope of creating and running an auction catalog. As a Gallery Specialist, you’ll help manage the smooth, efficient, accurate creating auctions for Antiques, Coins, Collectibles, Furniture, Art, Real Estate, and other categories.
Responsibilities may include:
- Auction item intake from consignor, unpack & track items
- Create digital images to show off the assets up for auction
- Write captivating descriptions
- Create online catalogs / Research
- Manage the masses and meet the people by helping manage the onsite audience
- Set-up electronic system for recording sales (will be trained on software)
- Completing auction reports
- Customer Service for lot pick-up, shipping and bidder previews
- Use technology to construct, track, edit auction items
- Live Auction-Day Operations
- Service & Logistics support, including lifting, moving items
- Administrative Reporting
To be successful here, you must be able to juggle several tasks simultaneously, use good judgment in prioritizing and completing work assignments.
